TRAIL CONDITIONS = fair
Considering the recent weather, the trails are in fair condition. There are areas of standing water due to saturation levels. WEAR BOOTS.
Waterfall on Creek Trail (at the top of the entrance from main public parking area) is running beautifully.
Views of the Bay are randomly seen along Brow Trail now that most of the leaves have fallen.
BIRDS — recent spottings include: downy and hairy woodpeckers, white breasted nuthatch, chickadee, bluejay and junco
WILDLIFE — perfect time to spot tracks of wildlife in the snow. Yesterday, mice, squirrel, rabbit, fox and wild turkey.
NOTE REGARDING HUNTING — hunting is NOT allowed on Greystone Trails property, however, hunters could be in the area. Wear bright colours and be alert especially if on Outer Loop. Keep dogs on leash for their safety.
